Bulgaria – Construction supervision services – „Изготвяне на оценка на съответствието на инвестиционните проекти, упражняване на строителен надзор и актуализиране на техническите паспорти съгласно ЗУТ на 3 броя обекти от социалната инфраструктура по три обособени позиции“

The subject of the public procurement and the three separate lots includes the following activities:

1. Activity 1 - Preparation of a comprehensive report for assessment of the compliance of the investment project in the "Technical Project" phase, in accordance with the requirements of the ZUT, including an assessment of the compliance of investment projects carried out with a comprehensive compliance report with the essential requirements under Article 169(1), items 1-5 and 7 of the ZUT and an assessment of the compliance of the "Constructive" part of the investment project in the "Technical Project" phase by individuals exercising technical control over the "Constructive" part. The contractor must assist the Beneficiary in the procedure for harmonization and approval of the investment project in the "Technical Project" phase and issuance of a building permit;

2. Activity 2 - Exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the facility until its acceptance and commissioning, in accordance with the requirements of the ZUT and guaranteeing the application of Bulgarian regulatory requirements, including performing the function of Safety and Health Coordinator, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work during the performance of construction and installation works;

3. Activity 3 - Preparation of a Final Construction Report, in accordance with Article 168(6) of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, equipment and construction facilities;

4. Activity 4 - Updating the technical passport of the construction in accordance with the actually performed construction and installation works, the approved investment project, the executive documentation and the requirements of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of constructions. The performance of the activities, subject of the public procurement, must be carried out qualitatively and timely, in full compliance with the current regulatory framework and with the requirements of the Beneficiary. Full information regarding the scope, volume and requirements for performance by each separate lot is detailed and regulated in the Technical Specification, Appendix No. 1 to the present participation documentation, including the appendices thereto.
