The subject of the contract is the supply of food products to 35 WOG, i.e. red meat, red meat cold cuts, poultry, and poultry cold cuts, intended for the daily nutrition of soldiers, implemented on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 4.12.2014 on the free feeding of professional soldiers and soldiers on active duty (Journal of Laws 2019 item 1604 as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 24.03.2011 on the feeding of soldiers on active military service (Journal of Laws 2019 item 1134 as amended) and other legal acts. The contracting authority has divided the subject of the contract into four parts.
