LT Max, Building Restoration Basement The subject of the measure MSK2 and MSK3 is the general renovation of the basement including the building services in the old building of the Maximilianeum. The overall construction measure will be implemented in several sub-measures (TBM). The contract "Building Trades 4" is part of the TBM MSK2.4 with renovation and conversion of the building parts Old Building East, Technical Centre Middle, Caverns South (Lift Car Park and South Tower Lift), Sprinkler New Building (South Outside Air Intake) MSK 2.1, Old Building Middle and Old Building South (Plastering Works), as well as MSK 3.6 South Retention Basin New Building, MSK 3.7 North Retention Basin Excavation and New Building, and works at the North and South Ramp Foot. The contract "Building Trades 4" includes the following performance areas: site establishment, hazardous material remediation, demolition/ deconstruction work, earthworks, disposal, special foundation engineering work, dewatering, concrete work, masonry work, plastering work, metal work, steelwork.
