The contract aims to support owner-occupiers of poorly insulated owner-occupied homes in taking insulation measures, focused on: • reducing energy consumption; • lowering energy bills; • improving living comfort; • contributing to municipal climate targets; • and ensuring lawful spending of SpUk LAI funds. The contractor will manage the entire process, including joint communication, resident support, organisation of collective purchasing actions, grant application, grant administration, administration and accountability. €1,700,000.
