Romania – Liquefied propane gas – Achizitie Propan Lichefiat (GPL)

The subject of the procurement is the supply of liquefied propane, with delivery to the locations described in the technical specifications. Approximately 1,003,974 litres will be procured over the period of the framework agreement. The technical specifications are presented in the technical specifications. The estimated minimum value of the framework agreement excluding VAT: 5,216,640 lei. The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement excluding VAT: 5,722,652 lei. The estimated minimum value of a subsequent contract: 1,304,160 lei. The estimated maximum value of a subsequent contract: 1,430,666 lei. The maximum and minimum quantities relating to the framework agreement are in accordance with the annex in the technical specifications. The maximum and minimum quantities relating to the subsequent contracts of the framework agreement are in accordance with the annex in the technical specifications. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: The quantities provided in the technical specifications are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. These quantities have been estimated at the level of average consumption from previous years. It is estimated that subsequent contracts will be concluded annually. The quantities to be ordered under the subsequent contracts will depend on the specific needs of the contracting authority. Attention: The time limit within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information is 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests are made within the period set out in Section I of the Instructions for tenderers (Tender Data Sheet), or 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
