The subject of this open procedure is the conclusion of a framework contract for energy consulting and expert services for the real estate portfolio of HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung. The tender is addressed to qualified energy efficiency experts (listed in the energy efficiency experts list of the dena). The services include, in particular, the energy optimisation of buildings, the preparation of GEG certificates, the development of individual renovation schedules (iSFP), as well as the legally compliant application, management and verification of federal funding (in particular BEG).
