France – Natural gas – Accord-cadre à marchés subséquents (2027-2029) pour la fourniture et l'acheminement de gaz naturel et services associés pour la communauté d'agglomération du Pays de l'Or Relance suite à infructuosité

The consultation aims to establish a Framework Agreement for the selection of two companies that will be admitted to submit tenders for the award of subsequent contracts for the supply and delivery of natural gas required for the needs of the sites included in the scope of the framework agreement, according to the specifications set out in the CCTP and CCAP. The contractor is responsible for the supply and delivery of natural gas, ensuring continuous and unaltered supply to the Delivery Points (PdL) of the Contracting Authority, as well as associated and complementary services. This supply is understood as a "single contract" including access to and use of the public distribution network managed by the Distribution System Operator (DSO) and including the balancing responsibility function. Multi-beneficiary framework agreement with subsequent contracts with no minimum but with an annual maximum expressed in quantity of 2.7 GWh/year (7 PdL concerned)
