France – Maintenance of information technology software – PRESTATIONS DE TIERCE MAINTENANCE APPLICATIVE (TMA) DU LOGICIEL PEOPLENET DE LA REGIE DES TRANSPORTS METROPOLITAINS (RTM)

The services are described and performed in accordance with the provisions of the Cahier des Clauses Particulières (CCP), attached as an annex to this Avis d'Appel Public à la Concurrence (AAPC). The present public contract is awarded through a negotiated procedure, in accordance with Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Code de la commande publique (hereinafter referred to as "The Code"). This is a framework agreement as defined in Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. The framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed in part by the issuance of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code) and in part by the award of subsequent contracts for needs for which all contractual stipulations are not set out in the framework agreement documents (in accordance with Articles R2162-7, R2162-11 and R2162-12 of the Code). Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, the public contract is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount, namely: 250 000 Euros excluding tax for the initial period of one year and 250 000 Euros excluding tax for each one-year renewal period. This is a public service contract which refers to the Cahier des Clauses Administratives Générales applicable aux marchés publics de techniques de l'information et de la communication (CCAG/TIC), approved by the order of 30 March 2021.
