The subject of the current public procurement is the selection of a contractor to provide preventive medical examinations and tests for the employees of the TPP of NOC - Smolyan. The type of preventive medical examinations and tests is determined in accordance with Appendix No. 5 to Art. 8 of Ordinance No. 3/28.02.1987 on the mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers, Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 7/15.08.2005 on the minimum requirements for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions when working with video display units and based on the analyses of the preventive medical examinations and tests conducted in 2025 in the system of NOC and the proposal of the occupational health service. The preventive medical examinations are carried out for all the employees of the TPP of NOC - Smolyan according to a list, which at the time of preparation of the technical specifications amounts to a forecast of 66 employees, of which 56 are women and 10 are men. This is the maximum number of employees subject to preventive medical examinations, with the contracting authority not committing to specifying the exact number of employees who will be examined. The information about the employees is of a variable nature in terms of number and gender.
