1. The subject of the contract is the performance of periodic maintenance at level 4 for 10 diesel locomotives of the series SU4210 type 6Dl. 2. The procurement procedure is conducted as an unrestricted tender in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the “Pzp” or “Pzp”. The subject contract is a sectoral contract. 3. Detailed requirements regarding the contract are contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ, which form an integral part of it.
