The subject of the Contract is the repair of pneumatic panels for metro vehicles of the Inspiro type. 2. The subject of the Contract includes the repair of 180 pneumatic panels for metro vehicles of the Inspiro type as indicated in the Technical Specification (hereinafter: "TS"), which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and is an integral part of it. 3. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the pneumatic panels after the repair has been carried out, on the terms indicated in the TS (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) and in the Contract Template (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 4. The subject of the Contract will be implemented in accordance with the documentation of the procedure, i.e. this SWZ and its annexes, in particular the TS and the Contract Template (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 5. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act, requires the employment, under an employment contract in the sense of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974, the Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025 item 277, as amended), by the Contractor or subcontractor, of persons performing tasks directly related to the repair of pneumatic panels for metro vehicles of the Inspiro type, as defined in point 3.2 of the TS (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) as the material scope of work.
