Czechia – Machinery and apparatus for filtering or purifying water – 9342–Rekonstrukce pískové filtrace na CHÚV

The subject of the public contract is the processing and delivery of the documentation part, the supply and subsequent implementation of the work "9342 – Reconstruction of the sand filtration on CHÚV" in the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant in the form of a "turnkey" supply and the performance of all necessarily caused adjustments and their testing on the affected equipment, structures and systems. The contractor will carry out the repair of 6 existing sand filters and the modification of the associated technology including the replacement of the existing steel piping and pneumatic valves. Specifically, the contractor will dismantle and replace the internal fittings of the sand filters, repair the filter vessels and replace the sand filter material with new filter material improving both the technical and economic parameters of the filtration equipment operation. The contractor will also replace the carbon steel piping outside the filter with plastic piping, including the replacement of the filter valve battery and the installation of new pressure measurements with local and remote reading. The work also includes the dismantling of 2 sand filters including the associated technology. Given the operational conditions and the assurance of operational continuity, the implementation will be divided into individual phases.
