Poland – Cleaning services – Wyłonienie Wykonawcy w zakresie wykonywania usługi utrzymania czystości na terenach Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego – Collegium Medicum, w tym na terenach wpisanych do Rejestru Zabytków lub Gminnej Ewidencji Zabytków

The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of a Contractor for the provision of cleaning services on the premises of the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum, including areas listed in the Register of Monuments or the Municipal Register of Monuments. 1.1 In accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the subject of the procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the contract have not been granted to it. 1.2 List of areas, including areas in the Register of Monuments and the Municipal Register of Monuments: 1) Area at the Student Houses "A", "B" ul. Badurskiego 15, 17 and the area at Building "D" ul. Badurskiego 19, total area 31 514.83 m2, 2) Area at the Teaching Building ul. Kopernika 12, total area 4 638 m2, 3) Area at the Teaching Building ul. Kopernika 7, total area 8 221 m2, 4) Area at the Teaching and Conference Centre ul. św. Łazarza 16, total area 4 555.44 m2, 5) Area at the Teaching and Administrative Building ul. Skawińska 8, total area 4 000 m2, 6) Area at the Teaching Building ul. Michałowskiego 12, total area 2 392 m2, 7) Area at the Teaching Building ul. Kopernika 25, total area 1 261 m2, 8) Area at the Teaching Building ul. Medyczna 9, total area 25 121 m2, 9) Area at the Centre for Innovative Medical Education ul. Medyczna 7, total area 4 886 m2, 10) Area at the Teaching Building ul. Medyczna 7a, total area 3 739 m2. 1.3 The total area of the premises to be maintained in a clean condition is 97 424.27 m2. 1.4 A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including, among other things, its scope, method of implementation and related requirements, is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (identical with Annex No. 1 to the Contract). This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which may result from, for example, responses to questions from Contractors. 2. Other information regarding the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ.
