Rangovas undertakes to complete the works and construction completion deadlines as set out in the Contract, to carry out, transfer and complete the construction works of the universal sports complex at Veiverių g. 132, Kaunas, in accordance with the Work Execution Schedule, under the conditions set out in the Contract, according to the Technical Work Design ("Design of Other Engineering Structures Group, Universal Sports Complex (Other Transport Structures, Sports and Other Purpose Structures) and Engineering Networks Group (Water Supply Networks, Sewerage Networks, Electricity Networks and Communication (Telecommunications) Networks) at Veiverių g. 132, Kaunas, Construction Design"), to provide the necessary Engineering Services for the Works as stipulated in the Contract, and to remedy any defects identified within the Works completion deadline. The Contracting Authority undertakes to provide Rangovas with the necessary conditions for carrying out the Works, to accept the result of properly executed Works in the manner stipulated in the Contract and to pay Rangovas the Contract Price under the conditions and in the manner stipulated in the Contract.
