Rangovas undertakes to complete the works and finish the construction within the terms set out in the Contract for the execution of the works, in accordance with the work schedule set out in the Contract, to carry out, hand over and complete the construction works for the sports-purpose building at Technikumo g. 3, Kaunas, according to the prepared Technical Design ("Technical Design for the Construction of the Sports-Purpose Building at Technikumo g. 3, Kaunas") and to provide the engineering services necessary for the execution of the works, as provided for in the Contract, including the preparation of the work project (including BIM preparation and coordination services) and to remedy any defects identified within the term for completion of the works, and the Contracting Authority undertakes to provide Rangovas with the necessary conditions for carrying out the works, to accept the results of the properly executed works in the manner provided for in the Contract and to pay Rangovas the Contract Price in accordance with the conditions and procedure set out in the Contract.
