Czechia – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Zámecká obora Holešov

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the project for the comprehensive renovation of part of the castle park and the adjoining castle meadows in Holešov, within the scope set out in the project documentation for the execution of the construction (DPS). The area in question comprises the castle park and the castle meadows in the cadastral area of Holešov and Dobrotice, with a total area of approximately 20.89 ha. It is an immovable cultural monument listed in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic. The subject of the performance includes, in particular: • felling of trees, including gradual and directional felling under difficult conditions, • arboricultural treatment of existing trees (health, safety and reduction cuts, installation of ties), • planting of trees, shrubs and live hedges, including protective measures against browsing and damage, • installation of protective structures and stabilization elements of plantings, • execution of all works in accordance with the relevant ČSN standards and SPPK standards, • ensuring subsequent care of the plantings for a period of 3 years from their implementation. The supplier is obliged to carry out the works with regard to the protection of the monument, the biological value of the locality and seasonal restrictions (especially the bird nesting period). Subsequent three-year care is part of the subject of the performance of the public contract.
