The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Słupca where residents live. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the following documents, which must be reviewed: annexes to the SWZ entitled OPZ and PPU, the Resolution of the Municipal Council (including subsequent amendments) available at: https://bip.gminaslupca.pl/artykul/regulaminutrzymywaniaczystosciiporzadku regarding: a) the detailed specification of the method and scope of the provision of services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and disposing of these wastes, b) the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Słupca.
