In the course of executing the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obligated to: 1) equip the properties serviced with containers, maintain them in a proper sanitary, orderly and technical condition, and supply bags intended for the collection of municipal waste in a quantity necessary to ensure the proper provision of the service, 2) collect, collect, transport and dispose of municipal waste collected directly from the area of the properties serviced, 3) carry out notifications sent by the Contracting Authority regarding the exchange/replacement/removal of containers from the properties serviced, 4) collect, collect, transport and dispose of waste resulting from the selective collection of bulky waste collected in general-access containers, 5) collect, collect, transport and dispose of waste resulting from the selective collection of biowaste constituting parts of plants originating from the maintenance of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries, collected in an active manner, 6) collect, collect, transport and dispose of waste resulting from the selective collection of expired medicines, 7) remove waste accumulated in places not intended for this purpose, 8) carry out emergency works, 9) collect, transport and dispose of used needles and syringes, 10) collect, transport and dispose of waste collected in PSZOK operating in the Sector, 11) collect, transport and dispose of waste collected using SZOP and SZOT operating in the Sector, 12) achieve/report annual levels of waste management, 13) prepare reports and balances in the field of activities performed and annual levels of waste management achieved.
