The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. The amount indicated at the estimated value excluding VAT (1 400 000 euro(s) HT) corresponds to the maximum amount for the total duration of the framework agreement. The maximum amount for each year is 350 000 euro(s) HT. The start date of the framework agreement indicated (02/11/26) is provisional. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from its notification.
