Framework agreement for electronic collection services of local taxes and duties through POS (Point Of Sale) terminals in accordance with the specifications of the terms of reference. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 29,536 lei and 2,339,424 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification submitted within the timeframe set out in section I.3, namely by the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, when the procedure is an Open e-Tendering, with the conclusion of a framework agreement for four years. The frequency of conclusion of subsequent contracts is a minimum of 2 subsequent contracts per year, within the needs of the Contracting Authority and the approved budget funds. The maximum value of the subsequent contract is 292,428 lei excluding VAT and the estimated minimum value of the subsequent contract is 3,692 lei excluding VAT.
