Supply of products with assembly and commissioning for the investment "Investments in renewable energy systems for the sports infrastructure FOTE 2027". The subject of the procurement - Procurement and assembly of the renewable energy production system, including support structures and panels, inverters, SmartLogger, SmartMeter; - Installation of the lightning protection system, including earthing; - Installation of the energy storage system; - Carrying out the technological tests and trials for commissioning; - Commissioning of the system; - Training of the beneficiary personnel. CONTRACT DURATION: 65 months from the date of issue of the commencement order: - the delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of the system requested in the Statement of Work is a maximum of 150 days from the date of issue of the commencement order, a term which may be reduced to 90 days, taking into account the evaluation factor used. - the warranty requested for the supplied products. - 60 months (5 years). THE WARRANTY PERIOD granted will be a minimum of: 60 months (5 years) for the supplied products, starting from the date of receipt of the commissioned system. The deadline by which clarifications can be requested from the contracting authority is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
