The subject of the contract is the execution of a construction work consisting of the expansion of the Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny im. Św. Jadwigi in Opole with a Centre for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, including the necessary infrastructure and land development. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, together with the requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the subject of the contract, has been defined in Annex 1A to the SWZ and in the design provisions of the agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, as well as in the architectural and construction project, the executive projects, the specifications and the STWiOR. Annex 1A to the SWZ, which constitutes the description of the subject of the contract, defines the guaranteed/basic scope and describes the options of this procedure.
