The subject of the public procurement for each of the separate positions will be referred to briefly in the present documentation as “ARTICLE(S)” or “DELIVERY(IES)”. The detailed requirements for the execution of the order are specified in Part II "Technical Specifications and Conditions for Order Execution" of the participation documentation, and the ARTICLES (chemicals, reagents, consumables, filters, glassware, plastic consumables, and laboratory accessories, etc.), the subject of the separate positions, as well as their forecasted quantities, packagings, units of measurement, and additional technical parameters, are described in detail in Appendix 1 - Technical Specifications (tables in MS Excel format), published on the Buyer's Profile in the electronic correspondence of the present order. The subject of the order provides for the implementation of periodic deliveries, if there is a need for chemical products or laboratory products with general and specific purposes, and the frequency of deliveries during the validity of the contracts will depend on the specific needs of the end users (applicants from the structure of the Contracting Authority). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to "Option for Additional Deliveries" in case of ensuring articles that are not identified by type and quantity in Appendix 1 - Technical Specifications (tables in MS Excel format) of the present documentation. The additional deliveries should be from the same section, group, and class of CPV, and may be realized with the same capacity, experience, and possibilities required from the participants in the procedure. Based on Article 104, Paragraph 2 of the PPA, the Contracting Authority provides for the evaluation of the technical and price offers of the participants in the present procedure for assignment to be carried out before examining the documents for compliance with the selection criteria.
