Finland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – EPCM-konsultin hankinta

KSS Energia Oy (hereinafter "Purchasing Entity") is currently undertaking a project for the procurement of the Hinkismäen electric boiler plant, which consists of several design, procurement and construction management tasks and assignments (EPCM services). The purpose of the current procurement is to include a bidder acting as an EPCM consultant as a partner of the Purchasing Entity in the project, so that the bidder, among other things, is responsible for the design, procurement and management of construction required by the project. Based on the procurement procedure, an EPCM consulting agreement will be concluded with one service provider. The more detailed content of the service to be procured is defined in the appendices to this invitation to participate.
