Germany – Construction work for research buildings – Schlosserarbeiten innen

The WISTA Management GmbH (WISTA MG) plans the renovation and expansion of the former US military hospital in Berlin Lichterfelde into the FUBIC Innovation Centre. The centre for start-ups and technology will accommodate research and technology-oriented new businesses and profile-conforming small and medium-sized enterprises. Offices and laboratories for chemistry, microbiology, and physics will be constructed. The building stands as a freestanding large structure of approximately 60m x 120m, centrally located on a approximately five-hectare development site between Fabeckstraße and Kamillenstraße, which is to be developed into a campus with 6 further new buildings in the coming years.
