Measurement, Control and Regulation Technology (MSR) / Building Automation

Establishment of the measurement, control and regulation technology for the technical systems of the trades HZG/KLT, Sanitary and RLT. Implementation of the building automation with automation stations, information hubs, control cabinets, operating and display devices, as well as field devices for the detection, control, regulation, monitoring and fault reporting of the technical systems. Integration and control of the heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary and media supply systems including pumps, valves, dampers, volumetric flow controls, temperature, pressure, humidity and differential pressure measurements, as well as metering and metering devices. Connection of data points and interfaces to the building automation / GLT including parameterization, commissioning, functional testing and documentation. Integration of necessary interfaces to third-party systems and technical systems, in particular to ventilation units, chillers, district heating / district cooling transfer, roof units, safety and operational monitoring, as well as metering and energy management systems.

With maintenance contract

The execution is to commence: within 12 working days after receipt of the invitation by the client (§ 5 Abs. 2 Satz 2 VOB/B); the invitation will presumably be sent to you by 04.11.2026. The work is to be completed (ready for acceptance): within 240 working days after the above-mentioned deadline for the start of execution. (5 working days/week)
