This public procurement aims to ensure the supply of net electricity at low voltage for facilities used by the Regional Health Inspectorate - Haskovo and in the area of Haskovo Region (as per list); inclusion of the facilities in a standard balancing group, as an indirect member, with the Contractor as coordinator, including the provision of services for: forecasting electricity consumption, planning, declaration and balancing; preparation and submission of hourly daily schedules and their dispatch for administration of the information flow from the Electricity System Operator /“ESO” EAD/; assumption of responsibility for balancing.
