The subject of the contract is the selection of Contractors who will prepare 4 (four) training courses/programmes in ultrasonography (USG) along with training materials, meeting the minimum standards for the given professional skill published on the website of the Centre for Postgraduate Medical Education, and then, based on the developed courses/programmes, will conduct training in individual voivodeships for doctors and nurses in primary health care (POZ) and provide post-training support, which will enable the enhancement of the competencies of POZ doctors and nurses, and consequently allow for the full realization of the rights of doctors and nurses to perform USG examinations, which will directly translate into improved access to USG diagnostics in POZ, shortening the diagnostic and therapeutic pathway and reducing the number of referrals to specialist care. The Contractor will be obligated to perform the following services:

Task I: Preparation of 4 (four) USG training courses/programmes (in stationary form).

Task II: Organisation of stationary training in 2026-2028 in individual voivodeships, including the retraining of doctors and nurses with a specialisation in family medicine, general medicine, internal diseases or paediatrics, employed (irrespective of the form of employment) in POZ providing services under a contract with the National Health Fund (NFZ) to perform USG.

Task III: Conducting expert advisory services in the field of USG training for the implemented training cycle, consisting of providing consultancy and training services regarding doubts and problems arising during the performance of USG examinations for POZ doctors and nurses.

The contract is implemented within the framework of Project no. FERS.01.12-IP.07-0001/26 entitled Practical Training in Ultrasonography (USG) for POZ Doctors and Nurses within the framework of Action FERS.01.12 Postgraduate Training for Doctors, Nurses and Midwives of the European Social Fund Plus 2021-2027 programme, co-financed from the European Social Fund Plus, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". Each Contractor may submit only 1 (one) offer within the framework of the given part of the contract, and the Contracting Authority will select the most advantageous offers based on the application of the criteria and the method of their evaluation described in this SWZ. Submitting more than one offer within the framework of the given part of the contract will result in their rejection.
