Under the Lyon-Turin new railway link project, TELT, as the contracting authority, is the public promoter responsible for the implementation and management of the cross-border section of the future infrastructure. The present public contract concerns the provision of passenger transport services by minibus or bus. These services aim to transport visitors, elected officials or TELT staff for presentations, communication events to promote the Lyon-Turin construction sites, or simple journeys, most of which will depart from TELT's headquarters in Italy (Turin), but also from different locations.
