Procurement of vacuum therapy devices with the operation of a decentralised warehouse in 3 parts, a total quantity of 2110 units, as detailed in the Technical Description forming part of the Procurement Documentation. The tenderer undertakes to commit to a 70% call-off of the tender. The tenderer reserves the right to an option of 30% of the quantity specified in the invitation to tender for each part (without modifying the unit price or other contractual conditions) in each part of the implementation. The tenderer is entitled to exercise the option at the price fixed in the winning tender during the contract period. The detailed conditions relating to the operation of the decentralised warehouse are contained in the Contract Draft forming part of the Procurement Documentation. The tenderer must declare in the tender his acceptance of the conditions for the establishment of the decentralised warehouse. The tender is invalid in the absence of the declaration - following, if necessary, a call for completion. The exact subject, quantity and tasks of the winning tenderer of the procurement are detailed in the Technical Description and Contract Draft sections of the procurement documents.
