Subject of the procurement: 1. The subject of the procurement is: Purchase and delivery of interactive monitors for the needs of the University of Opole, divided into parts: 1.1. Part no. 1 – Purchase and delivery of a 75” interactive monitor for the lecture hall of the Faculty of Philology – 1 unit. 1.2. Part no. 2 – Purchase and delivery of a 75” interactive monitor for room 201 of the Faculty of Philology – 1 unit. 2. Description of the subject of the procurement: 2.1. with regard to part no. 1 is annex no. 1.1 to SWZ, 2.2. with regard to part no. 2 is annex no. 1.2 to SWZ. II. Additional information: 1. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. 2. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of alternative offers. 3. The contracting authority does not require employment under an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Act. 4. The contracting authority does not envisage the possibility of granting contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Public Procurement Act. 5. The contracting authority does not require the submission of a bid bond. 6. The contracting authority does not require the submission of a performance bond.
