Finland – Construction work – Rakennusurakointitöiden puitehankinta vuosille 2026 - 2029

The units of the City of Naantali (Contracting Authority) invite tenders for the execution of construction contracts for the contract period. The works subject to the procurement will be carried out either as separate mini-competitive tasks or as directly procured works in accordance with the contract terms. Construction contracts will also be tendered on a project-specific basis. The estimated start date of the contract period is 1 November 2026. In addition, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to two option years (1+1). By option, it is meant the possibility to extend the contract under the original terms. The Contracting Authority will decide on the use of the options separately. The procurement will be carried out as a framework agreement. The content and quantity of the ordered works are not known in advance, and the Contracting Authority does not commit to any procurement quantities during the contract period. Small contracts may include building, painting, flooring, leveling, waterproofing, tiling, and steel construction works. The contracts will be executed in accordance with the general contract terms of the construction industry YSE 1998.
