Netherlands – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Onderhoud terrein- en groenvoorzieningen Amsterdam UMC

Stichting Amsterdam UMC intends to launch a European public procurement procedure for the integral maintenance of the grounds and green spaces at both locations: AMC and VUmc in Amsterdam. This concerns a contract for the execution of daily and regular green and grey maintenance in accordance with the CROW Visual Quality Catalogue Public Space, on a total site area of approximately 69 hectares. The contract includes, among other things, the maintenance of lawns, planting, trees (including VTA checks), hard surfaces, parking areas, hedges, watercourses, and site elements. Amsterdam UMC is a 24/7 care environment that is visited daily by more than 15,000 people. The contractor must align his working methods with this, taking into account safety, continuity, and representativeness.
