Croatia – Repair and maintenance services – Interventno i preventivno strojarsko održavanje MBO postrojenja

The service includes the implementation of regular and intervention mechanical maintenance of the MBO facility within the Waste Management Centre Biljane Donje, with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with one economic operator for a period of three (3) years. The contractor undertakes to perform all maintenance work qualitatively, professionally, and within the agreed deadlines, in accordance with the rules of the profession and the principle of good business practice, for the needs of the Client (EKO d.o.o.) at the mechanical-biological waste treatment (MBO) facility. The maintenance concept is based on the RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance – reliability-focused maintenance) guidelines and covers four main areas: 1. Corrective (intervention) maintenance 2. Preventive maintenance 3. Predictive maintenance 4. Proactive maintenance. With its activities, the contractor is obliged to ensure the overall technical availability of the MBO facility of at least 96%, where the methodology for calculating technical availability is defined in Chapter 2.3. Methodology for Calculating Reliability. The contractor is required to plan, organize, and implement all activities of preventive, predictive, proactive, and intervention maintenance in a manner that ensures the fulfillment of the aforementioned requirement.
