The subject of the public procurement is "Periodic delivery of office supplies for the needs of the National Assembly", including 2 separate lots: Lot No. 1 "Delivery of copy paper". Lot No. 1 includes the delivery of 1 item - copy paper, which is office paper based on natural fibers, from sources of legal and/or sustainable procurement. The offered copy paper must comply with Ordinance No. Н-1/23.07.2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products, subject to public procurement. A detailed description of the subject and volume of Lot No. 1 is given in the Technical Specifications (Appendix No. 1.1. to the documentation). Lot No. 2 "Delivery of office supplies - accounting books, receipt books, notepads with easily detachable sheets, notepads with dates marked for each day or personal notebooks, sorting folders, file folders, calculator rolls, staplers and paper clips. Lot No. 2 includes the delivery of 31 (thirty-one) items of office supplies, which fall under the list in Article 12 of the Public Procurement Act and have the following main CPV code: 22813000-2 – Accounting books; 22814000-9 – Receipt books; 22816100-4 – Notepads with easily detachable sheets; 22817000-0 – Notepads with dates marked for each day or personal notebooks; 22852000-7 – Sorting folders; 22852100-8 – File folders; 30145100-8 – Calculator rolls; 30197130-6 – Staplers; 30197220-4 – Paper clips. Lot No. 2 is reserved for participation by specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities, as the goods included in its subject matter fall within the scope of the list in Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act.
