Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – „Zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby 2 Spółek wodociągowych na 2027 rok”

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, in accordance with the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law Act, to the Contracting Authority's facilities for a period of 12 months from 1 January 2027. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Subject of the Contract (OPZ). The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the period: from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 for 2 (two) water supply companies. The estimated demand for electricity for 2 (two) parts is: Basic Order: 11 482 MWh, Option – 10% of the basic order. The order is divided into two parts: 1) Part I - RWiK Białogard - estimated demand: Basic Order 6 495 MWh, Option – 10% of the basic order; 2) Part II - PWiK Szczecinek - estimated demand: Basic Order 4 987 MWh, Option – 10% of the basic order.
