The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of the task in the "design and build" formula, including in particular: 1) the development of a separate technical project for each location covered by the contract, along with obtaining the required agreements and submitting building works not requiring a building permit to the competent architectural and building administration body, if such an obligation arises from the law; 2) the supply of all devices, materials and components necessary for the implementation of photovoltaic installations and energy storage; 3) the execution of assembly works, commissioning of installations and carrying out all necessary tests, measurements and acceptance; 4) the performance of all actions necessary to register the micro-installation with the competent Distribution System Operator (DSO) and to connect and commission it in accordance with the applicable regulations; 5) the provision of user training on the proper operation, use and basic maintenance of the completed installations; 6) the provision of service activities and the performance of obligations arising from the quality guarantee and warranty for defects for a period specified in the Agreement. 2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the Agreement, the Contractor will comprehensively: 1) 602 photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of not less than 2 446.4 kWp; 2) 602 electrical energy storage units, including: - 545 energy storage units with a minimum usable capacity of 6 kWh, - 57 energy storage units with a minimum usable capacity of 10 kWh.
