This contract is a single-supplier framework agreement for the purchase of a SaaS solution to protect our Digital Workplace, to ensure better management of rights (e.g. closing "Public" access to a SharePoint folder that should not be open, restricting sharing of a folder or file [sensitive or not] to only those who need to know, etc.) and to facilitate user actions to enhance our level of protection on data managed via O365. The framework agreement must cover the basic DW365 protection solution (Build + Run) for a minimum committed volume of 120,000 users, as well as the described options.
