Framework Agreement for the Supply of Diabetic Medical Materials PN DIABET (Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems, Continuous Glucose Monitoring System Consumables) necessary for the treatment and respective self-monitoring of diabetic patients who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Order no. 180/2022, a programme carried out by COMP. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160, combined with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information will be 11 days before the deadline set in the invitation to tender for the submission of tenders. Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications 18 days.
