Framework agreement for 5 types of publications (18 different publications, 1 type of leaflet, 1 type of brochure, 1 type of bookmark, 1 type of business card) with a net framework amount of 17,000,000.00 HUF. The tender specifies that it only commits to a call-off obligation for 70% of the framework amount, and the remaining amount may be called off in full, in part, or in several parts at the discretion of the tenderer during the contract period, but is not obligated to do so.
