Germany – Integrated telecommunications services – UCaaS-Lösung

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a planned duration of 60 months for the provision, implementation, migration, operation and support of a group-wide usable UCaaS solution. The scope of services includes, in particular, the required UCaaS and contact centre functions, associated basic infrastructures and operating options, as well as implementation, migration, service and support services. The services callable from the framework agreement will be mapped in the offer phase in a binding performance and price basket. The performance items contained therein serve for uniform offer calculation and form the basis for later individual calls. The detailed functional, technical, operational and contractual requirements will be described in the tender documents of the offer phase within the already published contract subject. The framework agreement will be awarded without subdivision into lots. The public participation competition serves to check the exclusion criteria, the suitability and the selection of the applicants, who will be invited to the subsequent offer and negotiation phase. Previous participation in any market survey or expression of interest does not constitute a participation privilege or an additional participation requirement. The documents required for the application for participation and the selection decision are publicly accessible. Objectively protected technical, operational or security-related detailed information of the offer and negotiation phase will be made available to the selected applicants under the uniform access conditions already described in the contract notice.
