Denmark – Occupational clothing – EU-UDBUD På indkøb og levering af Arbejdsbeklædning til medarbejdere hos Svendborg Kommune (CETS)

The procurement concerns the delivery of workwear to Property Services and, to a lesser extent, to Traffic and Infrastructure for Svendborg Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority or Svendborg Municipality). Svendborg Municipality wishes to provide workwear for approximately 200 permanent employees. In accordance with the collective agreement for the Cleaning and Technical Services occupational groups, each individual employee is entitled to purchase workwear for 2,000 DKK excl. VAT per year. The agreement therefore covers the purchase of workwear for all cleaning assistants and technical service employees, as well as some employees in CETS - Traffic and Infrastructure (safety wear for work on the road). Furthermore, the agreement can be used ad hoc by other departments that may sporadically require delivery of workwear.
