The scope of the contract by separate lots includes the following types of activities:

1) For separate lot No. 1, the following activities are included:

1.1. Winter maintenance of roads and includes:

• Mechanised treatment of road surfaces by spreading mineral materials (sand);

• Mechanised snow removal from road surfaces;

• Manual treatment of pavements, bus stops and other public areas (if necessary) by spreading sand;

• Manual snow removal and scraping of compacted snow and ice (if necessary);

1.2. Road cleaning activities:

• Mechanised cleaning of road surfaces;

• Hosing with a tanker;

• Watering of road surfaces;

• Mechanised cleaning of road surfaces;

• Cleaning of verges from accumulated waste (deposits, sand, soil, etc.);

• Mowing grass on verges, earth ditches, dividing strips, slopes, boundary strips within the road and other public areas;

• Cleaning of paved ditches/earth ditches from deposits and other waste;

• Cleaning from deposits and other waste, maintaining the permeability of:

• Cleaning of road furniture;

• Cleaning of road surfaces after road traffic accidents, according to the type of waste;

2) For separate lot No. 2, the following activities are included:

2.1. Collection and transportation of waste from street bins;

2.2. Activities for cleaning and maintaining roads/streets and other public areas and include:

• Mechanised cleaning of road/street surfaces;

• Manual cleaning of pavements, road/street surface markings, bus stops, footbridges, approaches to underpasses, etc.

• Cleaning of public areas, municipal property;

• Mechanised cleaning of road surfaces from waste, including deposits, sand, soil, grass, etc.

• Manual cleaning of road/street surfaces from accumulated waste, deposits, sand, soil, grass, etc.

• Hosing with a tanker with a brush on road/street surfaces, pavements, bus stops and other public areas;

• Watering of road/street surfaces;

• Cleaning of verges from accumulated waste (deposits, sand, soil, etc.);

• Mowing grass on verges;

• Cleaning of paved ditches/earth ditches from deposits and other waste;

• Machine cleaning from deposits and other waste;

• Cleaning of road furniture;

• Cleaning of footbridges;

• Cleaning of road/street surfaces after road traffic accidents, according to the type of waste;

• Collection and transportation of soil masses, construction waste, spilled concrete, sand and other inert waste from street surfaces and pavements in case of accidents, to a treatment facility;

2.3. Winter cleaning and maintenance of roads/streets and other public areas:

• Mechanised anti-icing treatment of road/street surfaces by spreading: sodium chloride (technical salt) or a mixture of sodium chloride in solid form and water solution – water/calcium dichloride or magnesium dichloride in a ratio of 3:1;

• Mechanised snow removal from road/street surfaces with a plough;

• Manual treatment of pavements, footbridges, bus stops and other public areas, by spreading sodium chloride or mixtures of calcium dichloride or magnesium dichloride;

• Manual cleaning of pavements, footbridges, bus stops and other public areas, from snow and ice without spreading mixtures/agents against icing;

3) For separate lot No. 3, the following activities are included:

3.1. Collection and transportation of waste from street bins;

3.2. Activities for cleaning and maintaining roads/streets and other public areas and include:

• Mechanised cleaning of road/street surfaces;

• Manual cleaning of pavements, road/street surface markings, bus stops, footbridges, approaches to underpasses, etc.

• Cleaning of overgrown grass on pavements, road/street surfaces and other public areas;

• Cleaning of public areas, municipal property;

• Mechanised cleaning of road surfaces from waste, including deposits, sand, soil, grass, etc.

• Manual cleaning of the road surface from waste, including deposits, sand, soil, mud, grass, etc.

• Hosing with a tanker;

• Hosing with a tanker with nozzles on road/street surfaces;

• Watering of road/street surfaces;

• Cleaning, maintaining the permeability of the vertical part of the rainwater shafts located along the street surfaces, municipal property and transporting the waste to a treatment facility;

• Cleaning of paved ditches/earth ditches from deposits and other waste;

• Machine cleaning from deposits and other waste;

• Cleaning of road furniture;

• Cleaning of footbridges;

• Cleaning of road/street surfaces;

• Collection and transportation of waste spilled from vehicles;

3.3. Winter cleaning and maintenance of roads/streets and other public areas:

• Mechanised anti-icing treatment of road/street surfaces by spreading: sodium chloride (technical salt) or a mixture of sodium chloride in solid form and water solution – water/calcium dichloride or magnesium dichloride in a ratio of 3:1;

• Mechanised snow removal from road/street surfaces with a plough;

• Manual treatment of pavements, footbridges, bus stops and other public areas, by spreading sodium chloride or mixtures of calcium dichloride or magnesium dichloride;

• Manual cleaning of pavements, footbridges, bus stops and other public areas, from snow and ice without spreading mixtures/agents against icing;

Note: The specific volume of activities for the collection and transportation of waste, cleaning and maintenance of public areas will be updated annually, through the operational plan agreed with the Contracting Authority and/or an authorised person, to reflect changes - new roads, public areas and others.
