Bulgaria – Sludge treatment services – „Извършване на услуги по транспортиране и оползотворяване на стабилизирани утайки (отпадъци с код 19 08 05), получени при пречистване на отпадъчни води от ПСОВ , експлоатирани от ВиК Стара Загора ”

The subject of the present contract shall cover services for the reception, transportation and disposal of waste with code 19 08 05, classified in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 23.07.2014 for the classification of waste generated by the activity of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), operated by “ВиК” EOOД - Stara Zagora, as a result of the purification of wastewater. The aim is to ensure the reception, transportation and disposal of the cited waste at a site which possesses the relevant authorisation documents. Each participant in the procurement procedure is obliged to participate for the entire volume of the public contract. The forecasted quantity for reception and disposal for 12 (twelve) months of waste with code 19 08 05 (Sludge from sewage treatment of municipal wastewater) is 9 000 tonnes. The designated Contractor shall carry out the reception and transportation of waste with code 19 08 05 on working days, within the working hours of the STP, following a request from the Beneficiary with specified parameters or according to an agreed schedule. Each of the requests shall be submitted personally to an authorised representative of the Contractor, by post - by return receipt, by hand against signature or by e-mail. The delivery and receipt of the waste shall be certified by an acceptance protocol, drawn up on the basis of weighbridge tickets, accompanying the receipt of each delivery of waste, signed by representatives of the Beneficiary and the Contractor.
