This procurement aims to conclude a framework agreement for the supply and installation of modern air humidification systems for the fleet of the Royal Netherlands Navy. The core of the assignment involves replacing outdated steam humidifiers with robust, maintenance-friendly Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) installations. DMI is seeking a supplier who not only provides the hardware but also takes care of the associated documentation, spare parts, and technical support throughout the entire lifecycle of the equipment. A critical success factor is achieving a high degree of standardization within the fleet. By doing so, DMI aims to increase operational readiness, minimize the logistical footprint (inventory management), and optimize maintenance ease for the crew and shore-based personnel.
