Finland – Hotel accommodation services – Kotimaan majoituspalvelut, puitejärjestely (sopimuskausi 3+1 vuotta)

The subject of the procurement is the domestic accommodation services of Ammattiopisto Luovi Oy for staff business trips and for students' occasional accommodation needs. Based on the procurement, a multi-supplier framework agreement will be established, to which hotels and aparthotels can be admitted. The supplier may offer one or more accommodation locations. The aim of the procurement is to ensure nationwide, high-quality and cost-effective accommodation services for the use of Luovi. All suppliers meeting the requirements of the invitation to tender will be admitted to the framework agreement. Bids will not be scored and suppliers will not be ranked in order of preference in the framework agreement. The procuring entity is not committed to a minimum purchase quantity or to the use of a specific supplier. The contract period is 3 + 1 years.
