The contract for the task being tendered is a total enterprise contract. The tender includes one heat pump plant, which must supply 16 MW of heat, as well as switches, pipes, and pumps. In addition, a valve and pump arrangement, including a shunt circuit and header pipe for charging and discharging the heat accumulator tank, must be supplied, with a prepared connection for heat pumps. The arrangement is used for pumping against the district heating network. See tender documents. The contracting authority wishes to enter into a total enterprise contract for the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a heat pump plant within the delivery limits specified in the tender documents.
