With the present tender, the operation and renovation (enhancement) of the Lohengrin Therme in Bayreuth is advertised. In addition, a 4-star hotel is to be constructed on an adjacent plot of land, which is owned by the City of Bayreuth. The hotel is to be connected to the Lohengrin Therme via a so-called robe corridor.
