The present framework agreement covers the regulatory tasks of Safety Control and Health Protection for the rehabilitation projects of heritage sites and new construction projects for the design and implementation phases, relating to operations of category I, II and III, as per Article R. 4532-1 of the Labour Code. The contractor is deemed to be familiar with all the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to site safety and worker health that may apply to the aforementioned operation.
