Open procedure for the award of the service of providing IT infrastructure in the Private Cloud mode for a period of 48 months, including the point-to-point connection line between the economic operator's Data Center and the Consortium's premises and as further specified in the documents made available, to be awarded according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, in accordance with Articles 71 and 108 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, based on the criteria indicated in the tender notice.
